• Prices for my products are subject to change without notice. I create art on a daily basis, and it is what I make my earning through. The prices for my products that stem from my art and handiwork are subject to change based on the effort and mentality behind it.

I do not accept returns or exchanges, but these products like art prints, original art, or art products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to the Return Policy.
   

• I have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of my art products that appear on the shop. I cannot guarantee that your device's display of any colours visible will be accurate, especially since the images are of art.
   

• I reserve the right, but am not obligated, to limit the sales of my products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. I may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.
   

• I reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that I list on the website. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice.
   

• I do not warrant that the quality of any of my art or art products purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
   

• I allow comments on my blogposts, and allow you to send me emails through the "Contact Me" form. I may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove content that I determine are unlawful, offensive, threatening, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Service. • I take care of the packaging and shipping of your orders on my own. When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by you as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on the Site. I use currently the India Post Speed Post Service to ensure the delivery of your purchased products. Regardless of the effort I put in to meet all delivery deadlines, I do not warrant that delays may not happen because of postal/carrier delays, Shipping Condition Changes, logistics, or bad weather. However, I will keep you updated as much as we can, and you should be able to track your parcel’s progress. Anyone can, at any time, write me an email regarding any queries about their order.
   

• When you visit my website NESSART16 or send e-mails to me, you are communicating with me electronically. You consent to receive communications from me electronically as well, that is, I will communicate with you by e-mail. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that I provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
